Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We hope you have a great shopping experience with Flashlighton. Please read through this page for our Shipping Policy.

Most standard shipments are sent through USPS or FedEx Ground. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order. Orders ship from Chino, CA.

Packages usually reach their destination in 4-5 business days, but can occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 10 am Pacific Time may require +1 day to process. For example, orders placed after 10am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

Please Note

• Orders shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard shipping options only and are excluded from expedited shipping options.
• If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package is being cleared for customs. As soon as it’s released, the package will move quickly to your doorstep!
• Due to the coronavirus, delivery time may be delayed by 1-7 days. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you provide tracking information?

• Yes, you will receive a notification with tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

My tracking says “No information available at the moment.”

• For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.
• For logistical reasons, items in the same or will sometimes be split into separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
